Unable to update BIOS

Question

Hello. I'm unable to update BIOS from (current A17).I've tried to do it via Windows 10, bootable USB... Generally via Windows or bootable USB everything goes fine- I mean preparation works without any problem... then restart and system is simply loading without any errors and no BIOS FLASHING. Just like nothing happened before. Lately I found on this community option via 'One-Time Boot Menu'... but the 'Flash BIOS' is missing! I see following list:LEGACY BOOT (internal HDD; CD/DVD; Onboard NIC)OTHER OPTIONS (BIOS Setup; Device Configuration; Diagnostics; Change Boot Mode Settings). Why 'Flash BIOS' is missing?   How can I update BIOS then?
