Hi ramarelo,

If the ‘Internal error - incomplete session by timeout’ message appears, there may be an issue with your printer drivers. Please follow the instructions below to correct it:

(1) Reinstall the printer driver first.

(2) If the problem persists, Remove the drivers completely and then download the latest driver. Please use the link below to download drivers:

I hope you find this helpful.

Troubleshooting offline printer problems in Windows

Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device.
Unplug and restart your printer.
Set your printer as the default printer.
Clear the print queue.
Reset the service that manages the printing queue.

Hello everyone.
I have almost the same problem.
PWG ERROR: Incomplete session by time out
POSITION : 0x3elc (15900)
SYSTEM : h6fw/os_hook
LINE: 1430
VERSION: SPL 5.58.01 06-27-2012

I have uninstalled the printer,
I have reinstalled it,
download the drivers from the dell website
I have deleted the controllers manually one by one, and I have repeated everything twice and I still have the same problem.
