Printing a Two-Sided Document (Duplex Printing)

You can print on both sides of the paper to reduce printing costs. You can choose how you want to perform your job: Long edge or Short edge.

In Long edge, the pages are bound along the long edge of the page. The left edge is for portrait orientation and the top edge is for landscape orientation.

In Short edge, the pages are bound along the short edge of the page. The top edge is for portrait orientation and the left edge is for landscape orientation.

View the steps for printing a two-sided document.

Open a document.
On the File menu, click Print. The Print dialog box is displayed.
In the Print dialog box, click Properties. The Dell 2350dn Laser Printer Document Properties dialog box is displayed.
In the Dell 2350dn Laser Printer Document Properties dialog box, click the Page Layout tab.
Under 2-sided printing, select 2-sided long edge, and then click OK.
In the Print dialog box, click OK

My issue isn't with knowing how to do double sided printing it's the options are not available to me when I go into print options. In the device properties it shows the duplex as being off and I'm trying to figure out how to turn it on.

Install/Re install the Windows 10 drivers into the system as well as any firmware update and software.

Did you find a solution? I have uninstalled, manually installed drivers, ALL THE SETTINGS are set to duplex and do NOT tell me to read the manual. When I bought this printer early 2018 it printed duplex then it stopped at the same time on all our office computers (all Win 10).

• How do I troubleshoot this printer?

Jessie. My 2350dn will ONLY print double sided even with the option unchecked.  I have upgraded to the latest firmware version and even restarted the printer and it wont stop printing on both sides.  What can I do to fix this?
