I have a print quality problem. When I print the CYAN 20% page, there are missing blotchy areas as seen in the attached image.
How can I fix this?

Hi,
This is a color laser, I don't think there is a print head cleaning utility.
I used the dell wizard and completed all the suggested steps including using the cleaning strip to clean any excess toner.
