Hello all

 

ive installed the 3000cn onto our companys network, it prints fine in black but in colour we are left with a thick pink line down the centre of whatever we print. Anyone know what i can do?

 

Ive rung dell and their call centre has been moved it seems and communication between us and them is impossible, we had enough problems buying the thing!
