924 setup

I've just purchased a Dell 924 AllinOnePrinter.  On trying to set it up, after loading the paper, and switching on the following message has appeard in the Operator Panel:  "Clear the carrier jam and then press [arrow key] to continue".  I'm sure I've loaded the paper correctly and there's no jam.
 
Can anyone help please?

    I'll bet it was popped up ink cart holder tops.

    It is the ink cartridges - you have to stick your finger into the side of the housing from above and sort of wiggle the top of thecolour cartridge down. Then Carrier jam clears. Fun, fun, fun. That's another freelance morning wasted by Dell...
