can not clear carrier jam - cartridges do not move into the center to access or check them. no visable paper is left in machines got all peices out. what do I do next?
The print cartridge covers will sometimes pop open. Check that they are both snapped down. You may need a screwdriver or knife to do it if your fingers aren't slender enough to fit.
