A 960 - Error 0502
I have a DELL A960 All in One printer, and I had the Error 0502 last month, spoke with a Tech, and he walked me through the cleaning process, but now I am experiencing the same problem. I checked the strip, it is in position, I checked the cartriges, and they are in position. I did notice that this problem began, after I put "New" Ink Cartriges into my printer, and the tape pulled off funny. Could it be that we are getting "
Over
Used" Ink Cartridges from DELL? And of course the warrenty is expired :smileysad:
What else could I do, to try and fix the problem? Is there a way of further cleaning the head rest?
