B2375dnf Mono Multifunction Printer

How do I reset this to factory defaults?

Also, it's about 3 & a half years old & has the extra paper tray, any idea what it might be worth?

60 looks & nobody has a clue?

Trying to reset to factory defaults, including admin name & password, since former owner hasn't a clue as to what they might be & the defaults aren't working...

Problem in Firmware Upgrade (FALCON_DELL_V4.70.01.28_idle.hd) which is downloaded from Dell support:

After turning on the printer screen, it does not show the home screen

The keys do not work

When we connect to the printer through the web page, the default username and password that is admin doesn't work and it says that it was entered incorrectly, even though I was already logging in with the default username and password.
