color multifunction printer driver missing h625cdw message
Cannot reinstall my h625cdw I am changing from wifi to usb
None of these helped getting the driver

Printer_H625_H825_S2825_Firmware_Dell_A09_WIN.exe
Printer_H625cdw_Driver_Scan_Dell_A02_WIN.zip

I think it inconceivable that I need to discard your printer due to a missing driver. My next printer will not be one of yours

I received an email from dell asking "may I have the Service Tag or Express Service Code or order number, please?"
I've been told not to post "Service Tag" and I cannot reply to the email. Please let me know how to proceed?
