Dell 3100 Service Manual?

Does anyone know where I can find a Service Manual for a Dell 3100 color laser printer?

Thanks Chris; but that link is to the User's Guide, which I already have, not the Service Manual.  I need the service manual so I can diagnose problem on my customer's printers and look up the error codes as well as find part numbers.

Where can I get the service manual?  I am getting an error "016-310" and have tried all the suggestions i found.  I believe the problem to be the ESS board.

I would like to get the service manual also. I have my 3100cn connected to the network and when I turn it on I get a '016-302 Restart Printer' error displayed and I can't find any information on what the cause of the error is.

I have the same problem as you; I have a Dell 3110cn Printer and show me the same error code 016-310, if you solve this issue, please tell me what I need to do... Tanks ...

Any chance I could get that 3100cn service manual?  We have a 3100cn here telling us to restart it and that doesn't solve anything.  The error code just comes back.

I also have the error code 016-310, restarting printer is of no use. Could somebody please advise.
