Dell 5310CDN Error Code 166-364

Question

Printer is showing Error Code 116-364.  I can see the printer on my network by surfing to it's IP address and on it's webpage (192.168.1.114) see the last 20 times and dates for the prints.  One interesting thing is the last 2 prints listed have incorrect dates 1999/12/31 - 16:00:00 and 1999/12/31 - 16:00:07 which makes me wonder if a battery supporting that date died.   The printer will not print now and is a 100 lb boat anchor.  I would sure like to get it working again it only has 25K pages printed and is a very nice printer.  If I try to make it print though the canned reports on the IP website it will also show the 1999/12/31 date but not print.   The display on the printer says '116-364  Restart Printer Contact Support if Message Returns'  Restarting printer does not change the message.    Any ideas?    Thank you, Laurie.

I have the same error, I am unable to print anything or use the printer anymore.  please let me know if you found a solution.

i have the same issue did you find a solution? i changed the clock battery but sadly the clock is still buggyu and need to be reset ?
