Strange problem I hope I can clearly describe.

Two word processing text documents.

Doc 1 written a week ago - prints fine in either color or grayscale.

Doc 2 written three days ago - print is very faint in either color or grayscale.

Copy and paste text from doc 2 into doc 1 - prints fine.

All four cartridge levels are ok.
