I just had the exact same problem. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the Microsoft store. Works great now.

Thanks for the tip. I just did the same, and it worked for me, too.

Got the same problem, but reinstalling does not get it solved :/

Is there any other way to fix this ?

Didn't work for me either.  Very frustrating.

I've tried that time and again, no success. I can't work out what's wrong with this, but now I find myself with a printer worth '00s of dollars that I cannot manage from my PC.

Isn't there anyone else having this problem?

Perhaps a different interface / app that can be used as a workaround ?

While my original post was from last year, it happened again last month. This time, this fix was different.

My computer and printer are both connected to my home network via WiFi. This time, it took rebooting my router to get everything working. Took me a while to figure that out, since everything else on the network (computer, TV, Netflix, Wii, phones, etc., etc., etc., all seemed to be working just fine. Only the printer had an issue. However, once I rebooted the router, all was well.

Good luck!
