At the left side of the printer is a door. Open it sliding it to the rear and then pulling it to the left and down.
Carefuly remove the memory module.
Turn on the printer and check if the problem is solved.
If so, turn off the printer again, reinsert the memory module, and turn it on again.
It may be solved.
Dell technical support says it may be a random error that is solved this way, or it may be a warning that something more serious is about to fail, and they urge you to buy a guarantee extension.

You'll need to replace the controller module, p/n TG817. You should be able to order from Dell spare parts..... sorry, I don't have the phone number.

Try this:
