I'm constantly getting errors on my printer relating to Google Cloud Print-- they vary between something to do with XMPP, or DNS, or other network issues. The printer is definitely connected (wirelessly) to the network. The errors keep popping up on the screen out of the blue-- not trying to print anything at the time.  And when I DO go to try to print after the messages pop up, I can't (even though the printer is still showing as available in Android.)

I printed out the Error History Report from the printer, and these showed up for the most recent events:
