invalid user
Trying to setup a 825cdw on a network. Config of IP address is correct ( I can see it & ping the address with a reply). Installed software on a few computers within my network. Sent test page to print and get "invalid user" error on printer screen regardless of where I sent it from. Anyone know how to make this thing print from whatever computer I am working on (or at all)??????

What OS are you running? Does the job show in the print queue but does not go through?

Sorry for the delay... been out of town. Installed software on both Win7Pro and a Win10 machines. When I send a test page the queue will show it there with an error and the printer screen pops up with "invalid user" and a cancel button.

Is there a code along with the "invalid user" on the op panel?

A solution, in an email from CLKim_Sebastin, was to disable the "Color Track" feature on the unit. This seems to have corrected the problem on two of the Win7 PCs. I can now print from both. Will get to the Win10 machine when I can.

king me for my password on printer all the time user and server url cant i just print dont want password on
