lexmark printer problems

​would someone please help me i spent 2 hours with lexmark support but they couldnt fix my problem either! the problem being when i go to print something all the computer does is put it in the q and it stays there. used to be able to print fine then i got printer subspooler needs to close. the printer would print the item in the q if you shut the computer down and then restarted it but now all the items go into the q and stay there. lexmark changed drivers made patches and installed them to no avail im just about ready to delete this pinter and try a different brand. i have installed and uninstalled this x5650 model printer even that doesnt help​
