Mac users using 3100cc

I'm using a mac os x. 10.4 and cannot print to the MPF tray of the Laser 3100cc. It continues to tell me "invalid job press set" What is this all about? I can however print to the lower tray. Dell techies cannot help me. Anyone out there?

Using 10.3.9 I just tried printing from the MPF, and had no problem. After issuing the Print command, there's a dialogue box with three drop-down menus (Printer, Presets, and an un-named one). The bottom (un-named) one one includes "Paper Feed" as a choice, and when that comes up, its sub-menu allows you to choose where the paper comes from. MPF is one choice. Maybe Tiger is different, but that works in Panther.
