Hi, as the subject suggests i have a paper jam error in my printer. I have pulled out all trays, toner and drum and there is no paper anywhere. I have also tried switching it off then holding down left arrow and OK button and switching it back on while continuing to hold the buttons attempting to access the diagnostic screen but it loads like normal and takes me to error message. Can anyone help?
