I am working at a school where we use a server to connect all of our printers. One laptop is not printing to the correct printer. Each printer is given a name corresponding to the classroom number. This one is ***211. When I select it, it prints to the classroom next door. When I select the classroom next door, it still prints to that printer, so I know they aren't switched. I printed the network settings for the printer and the IP address is correctly connected to the laptop. Everything in the report looks correct. I don't know what is happening!

Try printing from another computer. If this is successful, then there is a problem with your computer configuration, not the print server. Consult the computer and operating system documentation. Turn off the print server, then turn it on.
I truly don't know why, but sometimes it appears because of labels I'm trying to print. When I've recently got new blank matte labels for Epson TM-C3500 4″ x 6″ from this tm-c3500 labels website, this technical issues have been gone. How is that possible, that printer reacts on different labels or paper with different results?
