Printer rollers not picking up paper correctly

I have the All-in-one printer and my rollers are either not grabbing paper correctly or picking up more than 1 sheet at a time.  This creates double printing of any given line.  I have cleaned and aligned my printer, I have cleaned the rollers.  A staples tech told me that the rollers are probably bad, but it is only 2 years old.  Any other ideas??  After I cleaned the rollers my self, it got a little better, but either a line was printed twice or left out completely!!  HELP!!!

Have you changed or used different paper and that's when it started?  Some paper, especially recycled paper or thin paper, can cause that.  Try some different paper and see if it still does it.  Use 18lb paper, minimum.

I didnt know about the 18lb paper, I will try that today, thank you so much!!!  I have use recycled paper, but I also know that after I made wedding invitations for my daughter, it didnt feed very well, but it actually started a little before that.  Thank you again!!!!

How do I remove the back roller to replace or "rough" it up a little.  it does not seem to be grabbing the paper correctly.  I have not changed paper or anything.  I am using the paper that was recommended to be used with the printer.  Thanks in advance for your help.

I am unsure how to fix the roller.  I have asked and the best answer I get is that they just wear out.  But my printer is only 2 years old and I was hoping that it would last longer than that!!!
