I think you need to contact the dell company and tell them your issue so it will be best.
I also looking for a printer on my budget under 150 so I found that website review in detail

Power off the printer. Then power on the Wi-Fi and the computer. Power on the printer. If your printer is still says offline in your printer settings, uncheck Use Printer Offline or delete the printer and add it back.
