Problem with multiple 1600n MFP on the same network

Question

We have roughly 40 Dell 1600n MFP's scattered across our network, and need to manage them (save paths, filename prefixes, etc) all from one central location. We installed the Dell Network Scan Manager, and found that once we have 32 of them added to the list of managed scanners, we get an error saying 'The maximum number of users for this scanner has been reached. Please contact your administrator, or try logging on later'. The problem is, we aren't trying to add users to one scanner, we are trying to manage 40 scanners from one location. How is this done? I have a similar issue (with printing).

We have 3 1600n around the office and each PC can only connect to a single 1600. When you try and connect to another (by running the driver installation utility) it removes the previous printer and installs the new one?

I need each PC to connect to all 3 printer for redundancy, any ideas?

response to Fliposide; I am not suprise the DELL install utility will drop one printer when you add the second one, as I gave up that installation utilily on the early stage.  Instead I use the HP install network printer wizard.Download it and try it out, may fix your problem. PF
