Recycle Printer
I am new to Dell, having just purchased a laser all-in-one printer. My former Dell account manager is transitioning to a new position to serve Dell in another capacity. Other telephone numbers with Dell are not user friendly. I do not think my emails will generate an answer.
I have an enterprise all-in-one that died before I made my Dell purchase. The CEO of the manufacturer gave it to me; so Dell did not sell it to me. From what I understand, the Dell program assumes that the customer can bring the old unit to a FedEx. This printer is three times the height of the one I just bought. By eyeballing the size and space, I doubt that it fits into my car. Does anyone monitoring this site know of a program that will pick up this printer? I hate to bring it somewhere because, had circumstances allowed me to bring it, it has consumables that are brand new, unused. Am I misunderstanding Dell's program? Thank you for acknowledging this.

The Dell article states Goodwill, not FedEx. It also states that you have to provide the transportation of the printer to Goodwill.

Fine; but how do I obtain a new account manager?

try some local e-waste service that collects it from your place.
