thanks for the link..I have read through those documents and after searching small business and home it seems only certain cartridges are available in the use and return program ..... I can't find the 1600n cartridge....therefore question is whether program is avaialbel for this cartridge thanks

as mentioned while the site refers to the program there is no reference to use or return 160on cartridges on the site for purchase......is this coming soon??? cartridges are running on low toner soon
