I have a file in queue that is blocking any new document that I want to print. I clicked cancel the file several times and stay idle after got deleting message in the window, file size is 25MB and came from google map. I disconnect the printer and click cancel again but still not responding, how can I clean completely the print queue? I have turn off/restart computer and message is still there, not able to delete the file.
