My V515w printer/scanner stopped scanning color photos in color. It now will only scan those color photos in black and white. any help is appreciated.

I found this in the Dell V515w Users Guide...
How do I scan in black and white?Color is the default for all scans. To scan in black and white, press the Color/Black button on the printer control panelto switch from color to black and white.
So the setting should be on the printer.

I found this in the Dell V515w Users Guide...
How do I scan in black and white?
Color is the default for all scans. To scan in black and white, press the Color/Black button on the printer control panel
to switch from color to black and white.
So the setting should be on the printer.
