In Add Remove I have a program named 924PLC32.  The publisher is Dell.  I downloaded from www.fastatlast.com

as advertised on radio. The program did not download properly and I could not remove it from Add Remove.  Kept getting

messages - the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.  C:\dell\GC605
