Adobe Elements Activation Key

My Dell computer has crashed and I lost everything, including the software I bought with the Computer.  Dell technical support has not been helpful and Digital Delivery doesn't show my software. Now after weeks of work, I've gotten Office back directly from Microsoft and downloaded Adobe Elements back directly from Adobe (Both of those support services were excellent, by the way).  The only problem remaining is that I need activation keys for that software and Adobe says the only way to get them is from Dell.

Now, does anyone have experience with this?  Dell refuses to help unless I pay their technical service charge of $129USD.
