Adobe Elements
When I Purchased my new laptop in Dec 2016 I had the option to add Adobe Photoshop Elements and my order shows Adobe Photoshop Elements adobe Premier Elements. My laptop arrived on the 16th of Jan (Dell needs to get there act together on delivery times)
digital download only has Adobe Premier Elements but I did not need this as I use pinnacle Studio.
so I made some phone calls and was Told 1st it was a mistake. then that it was a global issue and no date for fix and was offered a refund.
I don't want a refund I want Photoshop as purchased.
does any one else have this issue? and does any one know when it will be resolved?

Still no answer and suggesting a private message does not work, I can' t find anywhere to send a private message.

there is no where to click and send private message, you are having a laugh, much like all of Dell, I guess a refund for the whole laptop and software is in order, you can arrange to collect.
spent over £1000 for something that does not do what I wanted it to do. i'm feed up with Dell already, you cant sort out a simple issue of missing software so what chance do I have of getting you to sort out a major fault.
