Alienware mobile connect
Recently I decided to try the Alienware mobile connect app but it seems, for any reason, I am not able to get it connected with my phone (One Plus 7T pro). I manage to install the app in both devices (both up to date) and then proceed to get the code (on the phone). This is when it becomes slightly irritating: upon inserting the code in the laptop app, I receive a message asking for the app to turn the bluetooth on. It then follows saying that is not allowed to, and shuts down (the app, not the laptop).
I have tried endless permutations of the action above (uninstall both, reinstall, turn bluetooth on before the app requests it) and the result is always the same-> unable to enable bluetooth (even if it is already ON) and then shuts down...
any ideas guys?

Hi there,
Sorry to hear that you are having this problems.
The App seems to be not compatible with the attempted phone. OnePlus , iPhone and certain Blu phones are known to have issues with the app, unfortunately.
If possible, try downloading it with another brand phone.

Hi Thank you for your response. Unfortunately that does not seem the issue. Mostly is about the application not being able to enable ( or control) the bluetooth in order to connect with any phone....simply it asks permission to enable it and then subsequently crashes..

Try following the steps on this post:

Also, make sure the drivers and BIOS version on the system are updated.
