Hello,  my friend has a dell inspiron n4030. They lost their login password and no recover disks of any kind. I removed cmos battery and placed it back in place. Once I booted it up it wants me to reinstall OS which is windows 7 home premium. I went to Microsoft website to try to insert product key and it said this OS was pre-installed, contact manuacturer. Dell site said they no longer supported this OS, what should I do?
