Cannot access Dell Digital Locker

Hello! I am trying to set up my Dell Digital locker and I am getting sent to the registration website. My PC was purchased from Dell.com so I was under the assumption that I didn't need a registration code in order to set up my digital locker. The desktop was purchased for me from a friend who put it under their name. I have already transferred ownership to myself so it should now be registered under my name. I contacted him to see if he may have gotten a registration code in his email when the desktop was initially ordered and he had said that he hadn't, which isn't surprising since it was purchased on Dell.com. Any help or information anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
