datasafe online
Got an email from Dell telling me datasafe online expiring, renew. Well, can't log in. Username, password, nothing. In forgot username section, typed in email address. Nothing. Hasn't been changed. I won't call them. They'll charge me for something I'm already supposed to have. Any ideas? Thanks.

Please share some details in regards to the 'Dell Datasafe account' so that I may retrieve the records and help you further.
I have added you as a friend. Please accept my friend request by clicking on my name highlighted in blue and then click on 'Friends' tab at the top and then click on 'Request to Review' and finally click on 'Accept' button.
