.\dcu-cli.exe /configure -scheduleDaily fails?

So I am trying to configure the -scheduleDaily as pr. documentation should work like this : Dell Command | Update Version 4.x Reference Guide | Dell US

dcu-cli /configure -scheduleDaily=23:45

Why am I getting this error?
