Dell backup and recovery partition missing or corrupt
Suddenly today I got the "Dell backup and recovery partition missing or corrupt" red notification popup.
I just turned on the computer, not installing or reinstalling anything.
I currently have DELL Backup and Recovery version 1.7.5.63
Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix that people have tried and worked?

More info is needed here--model computer, operating system, etc. There is no Dell backup partition that I know of, just a Windows Recovery partition to restore factory settings that should never be used for your backups. If you did use the partition, it is the reason for the corruption. Where do you store your backups? Backups must be on external media like an external hard drive. Storing backups on the hard drive you are backing up is useless. When the hard drive fails the backups are gone.
