Hi,
I would like to know if I can remove this software?
I'm cleaning my computer and I read somewhere that they will close the service...

Uninstall Dell DataSafe Local Backup and install Dell Backup and Recovery. See here for more details:

Its recommended to make a new recovery USB after installing the latest version of Dell Backup and Recovery.
