dell datasafe local backup

Hi Community

I have tried and failed  to uninstall the dell datasafe local backup for the following reason;

the pop up won't go away. I have tried to select the "remind me later" and "don't remind me" multiple times with no results. The pop up will slide down and disappear for 30 seconds then return.

I don't know what else to try, except a hammer.
