I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions regarding the Dell Digital Delivery System.  I am very disappointed I its performance.  My software downloads took many hours of tech support to try to get the downloads to work and Cyberlink Power DVD still doesn't work.  Tech support has tried but I still can't get this resolved.   This is on a Dell XPS 27 which had good ratings.  It is a Win8.1 pro OS. Tech support has always been very polite and on other issues very helpful.  But the bottom line is this is a business computer and I need it to be reliable.  I hardly used this computer since it is so new.  .  If anyone else has had this difficulty and found a solution, I would appreciate knowing how you got it resolved.  Thank you.
