Dell Support Center program keeps crashing

hello all,

i have an inspiron 700 m laptop, and have dell support center program installed.  everything works ok except when i run tests on my hard drive or try to run drive space manager.  whenever i do one of these two things, the dell support center program crashes.  i was wondering if anyone can help me try to understand and solve this problem.  thx
