Dell support centre
I have an Ispiron one 2205 and the support centre stopped working and I am unable to get it started. I notice comes up (support centre has stopped) when I try to run it. I tried to unistall and reinstall but a notice (installation not complete reboot computer before retry) comes up. When I try to reinstal after reboot (no update avaailable) comes up. The online diagnostic system also fails.
Has anyone any ideas?

Can you explain whether the Dell support center is currently installed or not?

Yes it is installed at the moment but does not work.

And please explain what happens when you try to uninstall this application.

When i try to uninstall a box comes up with Support centre has stopped working windows is checking for a solution, but it seems to uninstall the program

It seems to uninstall the program? So does that mean it's gone?

Put it this way when I look for the program I am Unable to find it using normal ways ie looking on the windows uninstall program and it does not appear on the start list. If there is another way to find out please tell me. As I expect you are can tell I am not an expert on these matters just want to use the programs on the computer.
