Dell Support - Driver Detect/Update
Hi
I've an XPS13, Windows 10.
Until a few days ago, the Dell Auto Detect for drivers and updates worked beautifully. Now it reports "Driver Detection not Available".
I've uninstalled, flushed browser history, rebooted - no improvement.
Any suggestions

Still getting "Driver Detection not available". I have tried all options to install the detection software (thanks for your suggestions). I have uninstalled all Dell 'support software' and started again - no improvement.
Auto detection worked fine until a week ago. I'm not aware of any changes I made that could have impacted this.
I do not want to do yet another Windows 10 build - I'm sick of them.

Me too, on a Latitude E5540 WIndows 10 x64 I get "Driver detection not available" using any browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE11.

I am having the same problem. I actually have four Dell computers - two desktops and two laptops. Two of the computers work fine on dell driver detect and two give the "Driver detection not available" error message. All four service tags are detected correctly.
What is the solution???? I have tried everything in the other posts. No difference.

If Dell representers read this. Automatic driver detect and update is a basic thing makes user's life easier.
Please raise question of testing and fix development internally.
