The information I found doesn't seem to work for this, which is more of an annoyance than a problem.

I read quite a few articles on NBCNews dot Com. Almost every time a video with sound already enabled starts playing if I don't mute it. It then proceeds to the next video, unrelated to the story I am trying to read or comment on. I could turn down the sound, put I am usually listening to online radio when I am  browsing.

What I have able to find says to enable ActiveX Filtering, which is supposed to stop the problem, but it is already enabled. Is there some setting I can change to stop this automatic start up and let it be a manual choice.
