Facial recognition software
I've just received my XPS12 but can't find the facial recognition software. When I go to My Locker, all that is available to download is the McAfee antivirus software. Any ideas where else I can look?

If you did not buy it with the laptop but want to now, you may still purchase it directly from the Sensible Vision website.

Assuming that you purchased FastAccess (the face recognition software) with your computer then it may be pre-installed. Go to the "Modern Desktop" in Win8 and check for a tile there. In Win7, go to the Start Menu > All Programs > FastAccess facial recognition.
If it's not pre-installed, then you may need to contact Dell support for instructions. They have a program that's internally, at least, called "Cirrus" that's used to deliver software that you bought with the laptop. Sadly, I've never used Cirrus myself so I'm not sure how to tell you to use it.
