I installed a new modem and my fastaccess quit working. Can someone help me please?

Can you provide the computer model and the installed OS?

Thank you Jesse. Original OS was Win 7. I upgraded to Win 10 when the free upgrade came out and Fastaccess continued working as expected. It was only when I upgraded the modem that it quit working.

OS is WIN 10 and model is Laptop XPS17 L702X. I have recently download this software from Dell (who I purchased it from) but I get an error message when I try to install that directs me to Fastaccess. Thank you.

Unfortunately, there are no Windows 10 drivers for this computer.
