UNSOLVED
Hello
Hello, I have 2013 MS Office Professional on a Windows 7X64 machine. The machine runs McAfee AV. I was having a problem that appeared to be related to Power Point not having properly activated. Everything else in Office seemed to be running fine. With the exception that One Note gave me an odd message.... but since I don't use One Note I was not too concerned. The reinstall was on the same computer that the program was originally installed on. I tried a quick repair. Didn't solve the problem. I tried an online repair. The online repair gave the message : "We're sorry we had a problem installing your Office Programs. Is your Internet Connection Working" Do You have enough space on your main hard drive?" I have about 100 GB free space, and the internet connection seems to be working fine. The online repair deleted the office suite from my computer. So I tried a reinstall. Gave the same message. I tried the Microsoft Fix-it tool to be sure the original version of Office was completely removed. Tried reinstall again. Same Error Message. Disabled Mcafee, Same Error Message. Connected the computer directly to the internet, rather than through a router.... Same Error Message. Tried restarting the computer a couple times and repeating the above steps. Same Error Message. My Microsoft account seems to create an entry for each time I try to reinstall. Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi HICRUPUP,
I would suggest you to cleanboot the system using the link below and then try installing the Microsoft office 2013.
