I can't save JPEG's off the net

Hi. I am new here.

I have a Inspiron 2500 with Windows XP Home Edition as my OS.

I am having trouble saving JPEG's off the net. When I right click my mouse on a picture and go to "Save Picture As"...in the "Save As Type" scroll down menu it only gives me 2 file extension options...1) .ART 2) .BMP. It does not give me a JPEG option. My computer at work that is running a lesser MS OS does allow me to save JPEG's.

How do I fix this?

While this has nothing to do with MS Office, the “problem” started in IE4 and has been with us ever since.

Delete your Temporary Internet files and that will fix it most of the time.

We have the same problem with an Optiplex and Windows XP and Office XP SB for win Win XP so I would like to know the answer too!

I think I've had this same problem......can't rename jpeg when saving? I've done the delete files and that has fixed nothing?
