Office 365 subscription
I purchased this subscription and for the life of me cannot find where I am supposed to get the download. It is not in My Downloads. What is the secret?

I checked my invoice and indeed I purchased the subscription, The only thing that came with the laptop was the multi-language small warrenty info and info numbers. There was no CARD! Now what do I do? I have downloaded the trial but I really don't want to pay twice. Helen

It can be downloaded direct from Microsoft -- all you need is the product key you will have received on a card with the system

Be sure you purchased the subscription -- the system likely comes with only a trial version.
