OpHookSE4.dll missing

Omni Page scan soft SE4 no longer works because I am missing the OpHookSE4.dll.  When I go to repair the installation I get a message that states I have to insert a CD in able to repair the installation.  I have no disc because the software came loaded on the machine and I cannot find any help from the Dell site.  Is there any way to fix this or should I just uninstall the program?  Windows 7, Inspiron 15R.  About 2010.

    bslund,

You can uninstall ScanSoft OmniPage SE 4 from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.

    1. On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
    • Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall a Program.
    • Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
    • When you find the program ScanSoft OmniPage SE 4, click it, and then do one of the following:
    • Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall.
    • Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
    • Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove ScanSoft OmniPage SE 4.

You can download and reinstall the program if you needed it back on your computer  from the link below.
